Collection of personal data

The owner of the personal data of the users of the site is FOSS-On-Line LLC. The company processes the data that the user knowingly and voluntarily provided in the forms: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, name of the organisation, position and other data. By law this is the consent of the data subject to their processing. The company limits itself to collecting a minimum of information and does not collect data for whose processing the law sets special requirements (racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, health and so on).

Purposes of use

Personal data is used only to study the demand for the products of the company and to contact users for consultations and technical support.

Transfer to third parties

The company does not transfer personal data to third parties except in the cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The site may contain links to other sites; this policy does not apply to them.

Data protection

The company takes the necessary measures to protect personal information from unauthorised and unlawful disclosure, loss or destruction. Personal information is transferred without the consent of the subject only in the cases provided for by law.

Retention period

Personal data is stored no longer than needed for processing it.

Changes to the policy

The policy may be changed, in particular because of changes in the legislation. In case of significant changes the company will post a notice on the site with the date on which they take effect.

Protection of the forms against spam

The forms of the site (contacts, calculation, demo version) are checked by Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google LLC) to tell a person from a robot. When a form is sent, Google receives the technical data of the browser and the IP address; the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of Google apply to them.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses technical cookies needed for pages and sign-in to work. To count visits to its pages it also loads Google Analytics (Google LLC). Analytics runs until you opt out in the banner at your first visit: Google receives the page address, technical data of the browser and the IP address, analytics cookies are set, and the first page is counted before you choose. After you opt out, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. To change the choice, open the settings. Google's advertising features are not used.
