The terms for buying FossDoc licences and services on fossdoc.com.
Seller
FOSS-On-Line Limited Liability Company (FOSS-On-Line LLC), company code (EDRPOU) 30291001. The legal and the actual address, the phones and the e-mail addresses are on the Contacts page.
Subject
The Seller transfers the right to use the FossDoc software (licences) and provides services: implementation, training, custom development and technical support. The scope and the prices are in the online calculator and on the pages of the services.
How to order
The Buyer chooses licences in the online calculator and adds them to the cart or, for services, enters the amount agreed with the Seller beforehand and adds it to the cart.
Pricing
The prices of the licences are in the online calculator, in hryvnia, without VAT. The price of the services is agreed in USD; the Buyer sees the amount to pay in hryvnia in the cart, it is calculated at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Payment methods
Payment is made on the page of the WayForPay online payment system: by Visa and Mastercard cards of any bank, and through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Companies can get an invoice for a bank transfer on request at sales@foss.ua.
How and when it is provided
Licences and software are provided electronically; there is no physical delivery. We send the licence and the download link to the Buyer's e-mail within 1 business day after the payment is confirmed. Services are provided after all questions are agreed with the Buyer, the terms are agreed individually; services are paid for after they are provided, within 3 business days from the completion of the work.

Personal data
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics
The website uses technical cookies needed for pages and sign-in to work. To count visits to its pages it also loads Google Analytics (Google LLC). Analytics runs until you opt out in the banner at your first visit: Google receives the page address, technical data of the browser and the IP address, analytics cookies are set, and the first page is counted before you choose. After you opt out, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. To change the choice, open the settings. Google's advertising features are not used.
