Refund policy
The terms and the procedure for refunds and for cancelling a transaction when you pay on fossdoc.com.
When the money is refunded
The Buyer can cancel the order and get the whole amount back if the licence has not been issued yet and the services have not been started (for services paid in advance).
What counts as issuing a licence
A licence is considered issued when the Buyer receives it in any form, including electronic: a licence file, a licence key or a link to get it, sent by e-mail.
When a refund is not provided
After the licence is issued and after the services have started, a refund is not provided.
How to send a request
Send a request to sales@foss.ua from the e-mail address given in the order. State the order number and the date and amount of the payment. We will consider the request and tell you the decision.
Time and method of the refund
The money is returned to the same card that was used to pay, within 14 banking days. The time it takes to arrive depends on the bank that issued the card.
Cancelling a transaction
Cancelling a payment before the licence is issued is done through the WayForPay payment system in the same way as the payment was made.

Cookies and analytics
The website uses technical cookies needed for pages and sign-in to work. To count visits to its pages it also loads Google Analytics (Google LLC). Analytics runs until you opt out in the banner at your first visit: Google receives the page address, technical data of the browser and the IP address, analytics cookies are set, and the first page is counted before you choose. After you opt out, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. To change the choice, open the settings. Google's advertising features are not used.
